7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

  • Products returned without original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (if replacement is unavailable).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Online payments will be refunded through the original payment method where possible.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be sent via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa after verification.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect products received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
