Thank you for shopping with PureTrend. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


Shipping Coverage

PureTrend currently ships across Pakistan only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on selected products and promotional offers.

  • If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service throughout Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • The correct payable amount is ready at the time of delivery.

  • Your contact number remains active so the courier can reach you if necessary.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

  • Our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

  • Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your shipment until delivery.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because:

  • The customer is unavailable,

  • The delivery address is incorrect,

  • The phone number is unreachable, or

  • The parcel is refused without a valid reason,

the order may be returned to us. We reserve the right to cancel future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from customers with repeated failed deliveries or unjustified order refusals.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

PureTrend is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete address details

  • Incorrect phone numbers

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the package and product.

  • We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.


Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Political or regional disturbances

  • Natural disasters

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
